This policy explains what information Collin County Scenic Sites ("CCSS", "we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it short because the honest version is short: we collect what we need to answer your inquiry and nothing else.

• Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we receive your name, business name, email address, phone number, current website, the package you selected and any project notes you write.
• AI concierge conversations. Messages you type into the chat widget are processed to generate a reply. Do not enter passwords, payment details, medical information or other sensitive data into the chat.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and uptime purposes.

What we do with it

• Respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote.
• Follow up about a project you asked us about.
• Maintain the security and reliability of this website.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add you to a marketing list because you filled in a contact form. If we ever want to send you something beyond a direct reply, we will ask first.

Service providers

We use a small number of third parties to run this site: a hosting and CDN provider, a form delivery service, and an AI model provider that powers the chat concierge. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function, and each is bound by its own privacy terms. We do not grant them permission to use your information for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add privacy-respecting analytics, we will use a provider that does not build advertising profiles, and we will update this page before doing so.

How long we keep things

Inquiries are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

Email hello@collinsites.com to ask what we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. As a Texas business we honor these requests from anyone who makes one, regardless of where you live.

Children

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
