A real website should not cost a small business thousands.
We started CCSS because the price of getting a local business online stopped matching what the work actually takes.
We are two people in Plano. We are not carrying a sales floor, an account management layer or a national ad budget, and we do not think a barber shop, a landscaper or a dental office should be paying for those things through their website.
The building blocks got cheap. A static site needs no database and no plugins, so it costs almost nothing to host and there is very little to go wrong. What used to justify a big number — servers, maintenance contracts, a team on standby — mostly is not there any more. The price should have followed, and for a lot of providers it has not.
So our goal is simple: a fast, secure, properly built site that a local owner can actually afford, priced once and printed on the card. You own the files. You own the domain. If you leave, you leave with your property, and nothing about your site stops working.
Where we do charge monthly, it is because something is genuinely running for you — the AI concierge answering at 11 PM, or hosting we operate. Never as a fee for the site simply continuing to exist.

Cheapest on paper. The cost is the time, and it is locked to that platform.
Ranges are what business owners tell us they have been quoted locally, gathered from our own conversations rather than from published price lists, and they move around. Always ask any provider — including us — for their current price in writing before you commit.
Been quoted something higher? Send us what is in it and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth the difference — even when the answer is yes.
