What the concierge is
The chat assistant on this site is an automated software agent. It is not a person, and it is not an employee of Collin County Scenic Sites. It is configured with information about our packages, pricing, process and service area so it can answer common questions at any hour.
What it cannot do
- It cannot give you a binding quote. Prices it repeats are published starting prices. Your actual price comes from a person, in writing, after a conversation about scope.
- It cannot agree to terms on our behalf. Nothing it says creates a contract, guarantee, warranty, discount or deadline.
- It cannot give professional advice. It does not provide legal, financial, medical or tax advice, and nothing it says should be relied on as such.
Accuracy
We scope the assistant tightly to our own published information and instruct it to say it does not know rather than guess. Even so, AI systems can produce answers that are incomplete or wrong. If something the assistant says matters to your decision, confirm it with a person before you act on it. Where the assistant and this website disagree, the website is authoritative; where the website and a signed agreement disagree, the agreement is authoritative.
Your conversation data
Messages you type are processed to generate a reply, which may involve sending them to a third-party AI model provider. Conversations may be reviewed to improve the assistant's answers. Please do not enter passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers, medical information or other sensitive personal data into the chat. Availability
The assistant may be unavailable, delayed, or operating in a reduced offline mode at any time. We do not guarantee its availability. A human is always reachable at hello@collinsites.com or (469) 952-7558 during Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central.
Assistants we build for clients
When we build an AI concierge for a client's website, the same principles apply and we configure it the same way: trained strictly on that business's own information, instructed not to improvise policies or quote binding prices, and paired with a visible disclaimer. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the business information they provide us to train it on.
